OPTC isn't particularly complex mechanics-wise, it can just be a bit overwhelming in what you need to do these days as there's just so much stuff. Vets have the freedom to ignore 90% of the stuff on extra island but opening it up and seeing 20+ different things that all need to be farmed at some point is pretty daunting if you're not prepared .
